This year’s Mixology Competition sees competitors work against the clock with rounds designed to test key skills, creativity and service standards.
Competitors will produce 2 identical serves of:
- Signature cocktail
- Mocktail using a set list of ingredients (NEW)
- A cocktail from a pre-published list of eight classic cocktails (Pina Colada, Negroni, Bloody Mary etc) from the judges choice on the day
Equipment, ingredients and glassware are supplied, so competitors will not need to bring their own.
The competition is open to all levels and is an opportunity to demonstrate skills and talent.
As this is a live competition there will be spectators and you will be filmed with your work being shown on the main screens.
A full information pack will be sent to all competitors once we have announced the finalists.
Our judges will offer written feedback to all entrants.
