A third generation farming and butchery business based in Cwmbran, South Wales; who firmly believe that farming and butchery are intrinsically linked. Our priority is our livestock, so all our animals are personally selected to ensure they meet our strict guidelines and high standards. We believe in quality of life for our livestock and that is why we care for them in excellent conditions in the Usk Valley. Our livestock are the building blocks on which we build our companies reputation. Healthy and well cared for animals produce nutritious, high-quality meat.

We operate from an EC / GB licensed premises and also hold BRC Start certification, Red Tractor Meat Processing certification and PGI Welsh Beef and Welsh Lamb certification. We currently serve pubs, hotels, restaurants and resorts from Swansea up into the Wye Valley, along with Nursing homes, private schools and staff canteens, serving Michelin star chefs, through to burger vans
