Chefs Challenge

The Chefs' Challenge is for a team of two chefs challenged to cook a three-course meal of two covers in two hours.

This year chefs will conceive their menu in advance using a specified food cost budget for the entire menu.
The protein for the main dish will be provided on site and announced when we reveal the shortlisted finalists and will be in addition to the food cost budget.

Competition duration: 120-minutes

The competition is open to all levels and is an opportunity to demonstrate team work, skills and talent.

An audience will be able to watch as our eight kitchen stations cook the food in front of them.

Equipment provided in the kitchens include;

  • induction hob and oven
  • electric salamander grill
  • preparation tables

As this is a live competition there will be spectators and you will be filmed with your work being shown on the main screens.

A full information pack will be sent to all competitors once we have announced the finalists.

Our judges will offer written feedback to all entrants.
