This year’s Mixology Competition saw competitors work against the clock with rounds designed to test key skills, creativity and service standards.
Competitors produced 2 identical serves of:
- Signature cocktail
- Signature mocktail
- A cocktail from a pre-published list of five classic cocktails (Pina Colada, Negroni, Old Fashioned, Cosmo or Mojito) from the judges choice on the day
