We are partnering with Birdseye’s Plant-Based Green Cuisine brand to research the eating habits of 16-21-year-olds. The survey will explore how students are/expect to eat on campus in the OOH space and, most importantly, why they eat the way they are. This will include a look at purchasing decisions made by students, which are driven by their feelings towards things like health, the environment/sustainability, national and global food trends etc. We seek to provide an accurate reflection of why students are making the food and lifestyle choices they are and provide a market snapshot.

This will complement the research TUCO have carried out on two previous occasions and will be available for members at the Summer Conference, where Birdseye will be presenting.
