Emma has been with the University of Manchester for over 16 years, starting her journey as Group Bars Manager before stepping into her current leadership role. Her earlier career in nightclubs and late-night bars gives her a unique perspective on service, atmosphere and customer engagement—skills she has channelled into delivering high-quality experiences for students and staff alike.
A passionate advocate for innovation, Emma is driven by a desire to constantly challenge the norm in pursuit of excellence. Her focus areas include sustainability, customer satisfaction, team development, and enriching the student journey.
