The inspiration for this guide came from the TUCO Academy Study Tour to China in 2015. The delegates from the Tour were inspired to share the culinary insights they learnt with the wider TUCO membership, and TUCO's Guide to Authentic Chinese Cuisine was a result. 

The cookbook includes authentic recipes from across China and focuses on regional offerings from Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hong Kong as well as insight from catering operators at Chinese universities.

In 2018, we were delighted that The Gourmand World Cookbook Awards awarded the TUCO Guide top prize in the World category
