As Head of Catering, Graham is responsible for the development and implementation of the Catering business strategy and operational delivery plan. Graham has over 15 years of operating in a range of independent/privately owned companies and large well-known branded operations across the higher education and private sectors and will use that experience to deliver a positive impact as part of the TUCO Board.
