As Deputy Director (Catering, Hospitality and Ross Priory), Graham is responsible for the development and implementation of the Catering business strategy and operational delivery plan. Graham has over 15 years of operating in a range of independent/privately owned companies and large well-known branded operations across the higher education and private sectors and will use that experience to deliver a positive impact as part of the TUCO Board.
