Kim started working with TUCO in April 2016, taking on the management of the Sandwich, Meat & Poultry and KEMs Frameworks as well as responsibility for investigating Franchising and Kitchen Deep Cleaning.  Kim attends the South West regional meetings. Kim has worked within the procurement of food and associated products for the past 14 years.  Experienced in both public and private sectors, EU legislation and leading edge procurement techniques, Kim joins the organisation bringing a wealth of experience.
