Nicola has responsibility for TUCO’s annual spend of over £160 million and manages the contracting team. Legal compliance and value for money are key to the role as is stakeholder engagement; ensuring that our members views are represented in each agreement.
Nicola is also responsible for the following frameworks: Design & Installation, Hot Beverages. She is also the Responsible Procurement representative, and has regional responsibility for the Scotland region.
