Through our specialist butchers Campbell Brothers, and a carefully managed supply base, we provide consistent, traceable products that meet the everyday needs of professional kitchens and high-volume sites alike. Our teams work closely with customers on cut specifications, portion control and menu suitability to help reduce waste, protect margins and maintain quality.

As one of the UK’s leading foodservice wholesalers, together we provide a true one-stop shop across fresh meat, fresh produce, chilled, frozen, ambient and non-food products delivering through a multi-temperature supply chain allowing for consolidated orders, reduced admin, lower food miles for our customers, a reduced carbon impact and a safer environment as a result of reduced delivery frequency.

Across our entire range, we carry 14,000+ products and deliver 75,000 deliveries per week supported by 33 depots and a large fleet of multi-temperature vehicles. Our infrastructure keeps us local and responsive, helping customers maintain availability and continuity. Bidfood, Oliver Kay and Campbell Brothers underpin supply with independently audited standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, BRCGS Storage & Distribution (and BRC/BRCGS food safety at meat sites), and recognised product assurance schemes including Red Tractor, Quality Meat Scotland (QMS) and Halal (via externally accredited sites/suppliers and certification).

Beyond products, we provide insight and practical support to help our customers stay ahead. From food trends, menu inspiration and compliance requirements, our customers can focus on serving high quality meals.
