We are the specialist Catering Butchers Division of the MJ Birtwistle & Co Food Group. We deliver quality meat to customers across the length and breadth of the UK. We serve all sectors of the food service industry ranging from hotels and restaurants to universities, schools and events.
Our product range of over 6,000 SKUs covers all species: beef, lamb, pork, gammon, bacon, sausage, poultry and charcuterie. When you work with Birtwistles you get much more than just great meat. We believe that through hard work, passion and attention to detail we can provide a service that meets and hopefully exceeds our customers’ needs.
