Overview
Collingham Catering Services (CCS) was formed over 40 years ago in 1982. It has since grown into one of the leading independent Commercial Catering Equipment Maintenance and Service Providers in the North of England.
CCS has 10 experienced, qualified, manufacturer trained Commercial Catering Engineers, nine of whom have between 7 & 25 years working experience with the company. Also, as part of our team we have an apprentice Engineer who has 1yr remaining on his apprenticeship before he becomes a fully qualified Commercial Catering Engineer.
Geographical area covered is primarily the North of England covering the North West, North East, Yorkshire, Humberside, and the Northern regions of Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire.
CCS have a longstanding, proven same day/next day response time to the great majority of breakdown calls received. Those calls classed as emergency/urgent will be prioritized for a same day attendance wherever possible
CCS also achieves a high first-time fix rate due to a combination of the engineer`s knowledge and expertise and the generic and manufacturers spares & stock carried on all the engineer’s vehicles.
The CCS supplier network plays a very important part in keeping our customers appliances downtime to a minimum. Accounts with all the major manufacturers and suppliers ensuring a rapid delivery of spares when in stock.
CCS will, in the event of an appliance being left out of use due to spares being required, provide a turnround of repair as quickly as is possible. Dependent upon being authorized to proceed and the parts being in stock the timescale can, in many cases, be within 3 days and is achievable by suppliers late cut off times and overnight deliveries.
