Shift4 provides an enterprise grade point of sale with robust hardware on a rental plan, a lifetime warranty and integrated payments. Both routes share one cloud back office, one menu catalogue and one data set.

The platform covers tills, self serve kiosks, quick response order and pay, room service, click and collect and delivery. Menus, prices, allergens and nutrition are managed once and published everywhere. Payments are fully integrated and include offline acceptance so outlets keep trading during temporary network issues.

Our eMedia capability is unique in the market. By placing compliant brand messages and venue offers in digital menus and screens, we create net new advertising income that can offset software and support fees. No other point of sale or online ordering service brings this level of additive revenue while keeping the guest journey seamless.

We align to TUCO priorities through clear governance, a named service manager, regular reviews and transparent per till pricing. Integrations cover delivery aggregators through Deliverect, ecommerce, accounting, customer relationship management, procurement and digital menu displays. Sustainability is built in through device rental and take back, remote first support and paperless journeys. Social value is delivered through apprenticeships, paid work experience and community programmes.
