With 12 high-street branches across England and a national service capability, TRG specialises in supplying temporary, permanent, and temp-to-perm staff across key sectors including Catering, Cleaning, Industrial, Commercial, FMCG, Engineering, Driving, Education, and Professional Services. Our mission is simple: to refocus recruitment on what matters most — the people. Whether placing a single relief chef or managing volume cleaning contracts across multiple campuses, we take pride in matching reliable, fully vetted candidates to the exact needs of our clients.

In the catering and cleaning space, we support a wide range of clients including universities, colleges, schools, and large public sector institutions. Our dedicated teams understand the unique demands of educational environments, including term-time peaks, safeguarding, and compliance requirements. We fill over 98% of roles on time and within SLA, with 90% of our clients rating our staff quality as "Good" or "Excellent."
