Nelson has been at the forefront of commercial dishwashing since 1978. Our product range is constantly evolving and meets the demand for increasingly energy efficient and ergonomic machines. We have innovative solutions, from small glasswashers and compact undercounter dishwashers, through to large pass-throughs and bespoke dishwashing systems for which we provide all necessary bespoke racking, tabling, sinks and shelving to achieve the ultimate result. We also supply a wide range of water treatment options.
Our in-house team of specialist consultants are fully trained on all aspects of our machines and understand the specific needs of schools, colleges and universities. Our consultants work closely with TUCO members to identify the best machine to meet their demands whilst ensuring that services, water quality and spatial issues are assessed. For more complex systems, our design team analyses space and flow to devise the best possible solution. We also have a full project management facility for larger installations.
We work closely with our clients, from the beginning of an installation through to its conclusion so that clients are assured that every requirement is addressed, and nothing is overlooked. Timeframes are honoured and, in urgent situations, we do our utmost to expedite the process.
Thorough staff training is given at the time of installation with additional sessions available, at no cost, for the life of the machine.
Nelson Dish & Glasswashing Machines employs people with a wide range of skills and specialisms meaning that we can always find the best solution for any warewashing requirement. Our consultants, surveyors, designers, project managers, hauliers and installers work closely together so that every client receives the smoothest possible service. Also, our service vehicles carry a full complement of parts so, should a machine need attention, we have an outstanding first call fix rate.
