This structured leadership programme gives your new and existing managers everything they need to set them up for success. This includes a 60 minute introduction call, 6 2.5 hours virtual sessions, post course workshop for each module and the option for two 30 minute coaching calls during and after the programme.


During this modular course set over 6 sessions (with a kick off session on the 9th of February with your Line Manager 09:30-10:30) you will:

  • Understand your leadership approach and how to adapt according to the team and situation you are faced with
  • Become effective with your communication skills and flex your style according to the individual
  • Understand how to use the nine steps with "plan, deliver, review" to effectively delegate
  • Recognise the importance of using motivation to get the most out of your team and personalising your approach
  • Have confidence when handling conflict and explore different conflict handling models to help manage your team
  • Become aware of your time stealers and understand models and tools that can help you become more effective with your time

For an additional cost delegates can have 2 one to one coaching calls with the trainer

These are online sessions with a limited number of places available. Delegates will need access to a laptop or PC with a microphone and web camera to participate in this interactive course. Attendees will receive a link to the sessions one week before the first module.

  • I can’t see a particular course/training, can you run it?

    If you are interested in receiving training that is not already offered by TUCO Academy, pop us an email or give us a call and we will see if we can source it for you. By going through TUCO Academy you will be able to purchase the training at a subsidised rate and if you can offer the training to other members it will reduce the cost further.

  • Can I request a course or development day be held at my organisation?

    The TUCO Academy has worked hard to offer all training at a subsidised price, agreeing reduced corporate contract rates with hotels etc. - yet still understands the benefits of in-house training. To that end, working alongside the professional trainers, TUCO Academy can arrange for events to be held at your own institution, for no extra cost.
