With just weeks to go until doors open to The Restaurant Show, following its move to the NEC, Birmingham, as part of the UK Food & Drink Shows (29th April – 1st May), those planning a visit are being urged to register for their free badge ahead of three fantastic days of insight, advice and innovation.

Across a buzzing show floor, some of the industry’s biggest names have signed up to speak and share their knowledge. On the dedicated Chef’s Stage, eight chefs will be hosting exclusive mentoring sessions, sharing their career trajectories, the challenges they’ve faced along the way and the essential tips and tricks that peers may benefit from. Hear from the likes of Aktar Islam, Chef Patron of Opheem; Brad Carter, Owner of Carters and One Star Doner Bar; Sabrina Gidda, Chef, Author & Consultant; and Luke Tipping, Chef Director, Simpsons Restaurant Edgbaston. Meanwhile The Restaurant Stage plays host to other industry leading lights, with expert panels discussing the biggest trends and challenges currently affecting the world of catering operations.
