Brian Turner will close the Skills for Chefs Conference this year, sharing his thoughts on the industry and challenges that we face.

David McKown, director of the conference commented: “Brian presented at the very first conference in 1998 and we are delighted that he will return 25 years later.” 

Brian is one of Britain’s most well- known and loved chefs since winning a rare Michelin Star in the 1970s. He is the president of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts which he has combined with a successful career as a TV personality. In June 2002 in the Queen’s birthday honours list he was awarded a CBE for his services to tourism and training in the industry.
