The Expo will include a central exhibition area where visitors can meet with the associations and find out more about the work they do across the industry and the benefits of working with them.

“Within the public sector, almost 3bn meals are served each year and with that figure forecast to continue growing we must, as an industry, come together and support those individuals and companies that work within it.

“The seminar programme and features throughout the show have been developed to engage with colleagues at all levels from chief executives through to unit catering managers and chefs.

“The exhibition will attract visitors from all across all areas of public sector catering.

“The two day event is a must-attend for any business already supplying or looking to start supplying the public sector catering industry, with projected visitor numbers at 2,500-plus.”
