After 15 years of operating in the UK, the Sustainable Restaurant Association has launched a new globally accessible sustainability platform. This will allow hospitality businesses across the globe to take 360-degree accountability for sustainability standards recognised by the industry and customers alike.

The Sustainable Restaurant Association has developed the holistic, functional and global Food Made Good Sustainability Standard. Allowing businesses to gain access to trustworthy, expert-led and up-to-date accreditation, as well as guidance on next steps towards sustainability. Completing this standard provides credibility in communicating sustainable business practices to customers and is used by great chefs across the globe, including Raymond Blanc OBE, Elena Reygadas, Richard Ekkebus and Angel Leon.
