Electrolux Professional is set to return to HRC 2026 with an expanded presence, showcasing cutting-edge solutions designed to support the evolving needs of professional kitchens across the education sector.

Taking centre stage will be the UK debut of the e-XP modular cooking range, presented as part of a fully integrated cooksuite. Featuring advanced technologies such as Free-zone Induction, Auto-refill Pasta Cooker, and OptiOil Fryers, the range has been developed to enhance efficiency, consistency, and flexibility—key priorities for university catering teams managing high-volume, diverse food offer.

Live demonstrations will take place throughout the event, with appearances from leading chefs Rafael Cagali, Tom Booton, and Patrick Williams, showcasing how the e-XP range supports both productivity and culinary creativity.

A standout feature is the Free-zone Induction technology, also available within Electrolux Professional’s premium thermaline range. This allows chefs to set up to 16 individual temperatures or power levels across a single cooking surface, enabling greater control, adaptability, and innovation in menu delivery—particularly valuable in dynamic campus environments.

Also on display will be the LiberoLight range, a versatile plug-in solution ideal for flexible foodservice settings, pop-up concepts, and evolving campus spaces.

Electrolux Professional welcomes TUCO members to visit Stand S120 to explore these solutions and discuss how they can support operational efficiency, sustainability, and future-ready catering across universities.
